- La Gastronomique restaurant offers tasty and refined tasting cuisine on the terrace overlooking the sea.
For lunch, La Gastronomique serves home-made, light Mediterranean dishes, always using mainly seasonal products. - La Brocherie is an open-air kitchen where you can taste fish from the daily catch and portions of meat from local producers (poultry, lamb, pork). The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the bay of Porto Vecchio.
- La Terrasse du Langoustier offers a unique menu dominated by seafood, mainly lobster. The restaurant stands out for its beautiful, panoramic sea view.
- Le Bar Lounge is a place where you can order an aperitif and enjoy a wonderful sunset.
- La Cave du Belvedere offers approximately 600 different wines from among the 12,000 bottles available in the hotel’s cellar. Somelier is available to help you select and taste wines.
In good weather, the aperitif takes place on the hotel beach. A gourmet snack menu is offered as an add-on.

- La Suite Adriana: 45 m2, with a jacuzzi on the terrace, decorated in a traditional Corsican style, with a living room and a separate bedroom, accommodation for 1 to 4 people, with a private terrace and a view of the garden.
- Corsica Apartment: with an area of 75 m2, consisting of the Corsica suite connecting to the Corsica room, in Corsican style, accommodation for 1 to 4 people.
Classic rooms:
- Mediterranean Room: 27 m2, decorated in traditional Corsican style, can accommodate 1-2 people.
