      Ouzo is located in building 7, open-air, overlooking the sea. The restaurant offers a la carte dishes by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou.
      Lefteris Lazarou – Chef Lefteris Lazarou from Piraeus is a pioneer of Greek cuisine. He was the first chef to serve seafood in a fine-dining Greek restaurant and earned a Michelin star for his Greek dishes. Many of his creations are now considered modern classics. His menu combines innovation and global influences to achieve the right balance of rich and complex flavors.
    • Anaya restaurant offers Asian/Thai cuisine. It offers elegant a la carte dishes, perfectly prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Thiou. You can enjoy an elegant dinner in the beautiful interior of the restaurant in the main building, admiring the view of the sea during the following hours:

    • The Fresco restaurant serves refined a la carte Italian cuisine in building  by the pool, under the supervision of the world-famous chef Ettore Botrini, during the following hours:

      – late dinners from 23h00 to 07h00
      Fresco’s dishes were created by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, owner of Etrusco, the 68th best restaurant in the world. Originally from Corfu, Botrini has honed his culinary skills around the world, giving his award-winning cuisine an international character.

      Chef David Ibarboure is known for his modern versions of Spanish classics. He worked in several award-winning restaurants with world-class chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire before opening his family-owned Basque restaurant in the south of France, BriKetenia. It received its first Michelin star in 2010.
